CAMP FOSTER, OKINAWA, Japan – Petty Officer 1st Class Arthur Leuschen fills out the example worksheet during the Command Financial Specialist Training June 5 aboard Camp Foster, Okinawa, Japan. The Personal Financial Management Specialists had the Marines and Sailors fill out these spreadsheets in order to properly understand what their Marines will be going through.
