Japan Ground Self-Defense Force Col. Hidetoshi Fujita, center rear, explains the capabilities of an air-defense system to Marine Col. Scott F. Stebbins, center left, during a bilateral exhibition April 15 at Marine Corps Air Station Futenma. The demonstration was part of an overarching exhibition highlighting the air-defense capabilities of the 15th Anti-aircraft Artillery Regiment. Stebbins is the commanding officer of Marine Air Control Group 18, 1st Marine Aircraft Wing, III Marine Expeditionary Force. Fujita is the commander of the 15th AAR, 15th Brigade, Western Army, JGSDF.
